Lucy's Coffee & Espresso is locally owned, family operated, and located at 1079 Broadway in Boise, Idaho. The overall look and feel of Lucy's is a modern contemporary feel with retro overtones. The intent is to feel the aesthetic need of the customer as well as the desire for exceptional coffee and a tasty snack. Lucy's is a welcoming island in the storm of fast-food, cookie-cutter restaurants located on this busy street near Boise State University. Our desire is to have a feast for the senses and a fun place to go for coffee.

As the business matures and gains a profit, we would like to return the profit back into the business to help it grow to the next level. We see Lucy's expanding into other locations in the future, taking advantage of underutilized locations. With the growth of downtown Boise and proposed urban housing and boutique hotel(s), we see additional opportunities in the future for expansion.

The goal of Lucy's Coffee & Espresso is to provide the highest quality, organic/fair trade coffee and espresso in a friendly, aesthetic, and relaxing environment, providing a high level of customer service while being cost efficient and profitable. To provide a work environment for employees that generates pride and empowers employees to make decisions on their own in the name of service.
