Lucy's Coffee and Espresso is a small family owned and operated business here in Boise. The name Lucy comes from the matriarch of the family, Luceal "Lucy" Lemon, who passed away in 2004. Lucy was known for her warm and productive kitchen with a bottomless pot of fresh coffee for the many visitors who tended to congregate when the smells of fresh baked goods permeated the neighborhood.
When Lucy passed away we decided to use some of her estate to open a coffee shop dedicated in her name. Our goal is to honor her by providing an exceptional place to visit and enjoy high quality coffee and a tasty snack; a fun place where people can go to feel valued and enjoy a feast for the senses. |
