Solo ~ A single shot of espresso, usually quaffed in a single gulp while at its flavor peak.
Doppio ~ Two full shots for true lovers of the brew - only when referring to a two shot espresso. Try a Doppio Con Panna - yum!
Espresso Ristretto ~ Espresso flow cut short leaving less than an ounce in your cup - very intense.
Espresso Con Panna ~ A shot of espresso topped with a dollop of whipped cream.
Espresso Macchiato ~ A shot of espresso topped with a dollop of frothed milk.
ESPRESSO DRINKS
Classic Cappuccino ~ An equal combination of espresso, steamed milk, and frothed milk. Can be topped with cinnamon, nutmeg, or coco powder.
Caffe' Latte ~ Espresso with steamed milk added with little or no foam.
Caffe' Mocha ~ Chocolate, espresso and steamed milk. Can be topped with whipped cream.
Caffe' Americano ~ A shot of espresso with hot water added. For a richer flavor, use two shots.
Caffe' Breve ~ Espresso with steamed half-and-half.
Single ~ One shot of espresso in a drink.
Double ~ Two shots of espresso in a drink.
